§ I  ·  Statement

A platform engineered around finite-supply capital and the systems that surround it.

Aprisa Inc. is the corporate parent of an emerging fintech platform composed of five wholly-owned operating subsidiaries — each addressing a distinct surface of the modern financial stack, and together expressing a single coherent thesis.

The platform's identity, underwriting discipline, and category instincts trace to its founder's work in finite-supply luxury real estate. That heritage is the defining differentiator: a tangible asset basis that anchors product design, capital formation, and brand. Aprisa is built where institutional rigor and retail accessibility converge — without conceding either side.

The result is an architecture few participants are positioned to assemble. Yield infrastructure, qualified custody, agentic markets, bridge capital, and a consumer surface — each maintained as its own discipline, each composing into one ecosystem.

§ II  ·  Architecture

Five operating subsidiaries. One platform.

Bastion Custody · Escrow
Wyoming SPDI · ABEV. Special-purpose depository institution chartered for digital and traditional asset custody. Anchored by ABEV — the Aprisa Bastion Escrow Vault — a programmable escrow primitive for high-value transactions.
III.

Phalanx · Singularity · Leviathan · ZHT/ZHC. Multi-agent infrastructure for autonomous capital deployment. Proprietary engines for systematic yield generation across digital and traditional venues.
IV.
Tempo Bridge Capital
Aprisa Bridge Capital. Short-duration, asset-backed lending sourced from the platform's real estate origination flow. Disciplined underwriting, institutional structuring, and on-platform deployment.
V.
Boardwalk Consumer Surface
Mobile-first retail experience. A gamified, professionally rendered consumer portal into the Aprisa ecosystem — designed for accredited individuals and consumer-side users seeking transparent, institutional-grade access.
§ III  ·  Branded Basis

The Aprisa platform was born in real estate.

Two sibling entities under common controllership comprise the platform's real-asset spine. Operating independently from Aprisa Inc., they share the same brand, the same underwriting standards, and the same originator. They are referenced here as the source of the platform's category posture and capital DNA.

Aprisa LLC
Real Estate Sponsor Company
A category-builder for finite-supply luxury residential real estate. Sponsor of Palisades Legacy I LP and originator of a 25-parcel pipeline in Pacific Palisades, California.
